Group Counseling

Group counseling brings together students facing similar challenges in a structured, safe, and confidential setting. Sessions are led by a Clinical Psychologist and Wellness Counselor and designed to foster connection, reduce isolation, and build practical coping skills through shared experience.

Groups cover a range of mental health topics including stress management, social anxiety, relationship difficulties, academic pressure, and adjusting to university life, with topics determined by the clinician based on student needs.
